Do your products tarnish?
Our charms and charm pins are tarnish-proof, and waterproof. Our charms are made using gold-plated or stainless steel components.
Can I choose the same charm more than once?
You may not choose the same charm more than once when adding it to a charm pin.
How many charms can I choose?
On the website:
- maximum of 6 charms for a Regular charm pin
- maximum of 5 charms for the Mini charm pin
You’re allowed to add a maximum of two additional charms to each pin, although the website doesn’t currently allow for this feature.
If you’d like to add more charms to your charm pin, please send us a direct message on our Instagram, and we’ll be happy to help you with your order.
What is the return policy?
As every charm pin and phone charm is custom made especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items, this includes charm pins.
When will I get my order?
Please allow at least a week before your order ships.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information, from The Courier Guy.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but ranges between 2 - 4 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate of R90.
We use The Courier Guy, and your order will be delivered straight to your door, unless you prefer otherwise.
